Dispute Resolution

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms of Use will be brought exclusively in the courts of Manitoba, Canada, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
